PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed.

AVAILABILITY: Purling London does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due in full at time of order. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and Paypal. Please note that you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to purchase from this store as you can check out as a guest.

SHIPPING: Delivery times vary by country. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are dispatched from London via DHL Express courier. Customised or Bespoke orders have variable lead times, please contact us for more information: info@purlinglondon.com.

In cases where a delivery company permanently loses an order it is our responsibility to seek compensation from the courier and replace missing goods.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of confirmation of order. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once they have been confirmed.

RETURN POLICY: We pride ourselves on the highest quality products. We are very happy to assist you with your queries and offer guidance, further high-resolution images and specifications of our products. In the case of requests to return products that are not faulty, they must be returned in new and saleable condition within 30 calendar days of receipt for credit to be issued. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Purling London bespoke and specially commissioned products cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED GOODS: All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 7 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please contact us by email: info@purlinglondon.com or via our website www.purlinglondon.com within 7 calendar days to make a claim.

CARE & MAINTENANCE: Purling London is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation of Purling London goods. Take care when handling your Purling London product to avoid knocks and scratches. Display and store your Purling London product out of direct sunlight, away from direct heat and humidity sources.
