Delivery and returns

Delivery time

We aim to dispatch orders for in-stock products, within 3 working days upon order confirmation. (Bespoke/Made to order delivery times are typically 8-10 weeks - subject to requirement and will be quoted at point of enquiry/confirmation). Chess, Checkers & Games are shipped via DHL/UPS/Fedex Express. UK customers can expect delivery within 2 working days from point of order dispatch. International lead times are typically 3-4 days for Europe & up to 14 days for the rest of world, (subject to local customs processing, in destination country). Playing cards, single chess pieces and other small items are shipped via tracked Royal Mail/Post.

Tracking

Upon order dispatch from Purling, Chess, Checkers & games orders are shipped via DHL/UPS or Fedex Worldwide Express. Customers will receive notification via the courier company of their shipment tracking details.

Where we deliver

Purling ships globally, utilising third party global courier services. (Exclusions may apply, please see our terms & conditions or DHL/UPS/Fedex website). Shipping charges for orders above £125 are free within the United Kingdom. Shipping & handling charges up to £125, incur a flat fee of £10.00.

Returns

Should you change your mind and decide to cancel, you may do so without reason under the rules of The Online and Distant Selling Act of the United Kingdom, up to 14 days after your order is delivered to your nominated location. You may be liable for the cost of return postage/courier and items must be returned in perfect condition, including Purling branded packaging. Cancelled items must be returned to Purling within a further 14 days, (immediately after the 14 day  period of you receiving the order). This does not affect your statutory rights, where goods may be faulty or damaged. (Does not apply to orders placed with a value of £42 & under, or where orders are placed using a pay phone or paying to use an internet connection, example - internet cafe, or Bespoke/made to order).
