Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we regularly ship our games globally. For chess, checkers and backgammon we use DHL Express. Shipping is free to customers within the UK on purchases of £350 & above. For international customers, shipment charges will be added at the checkout. For playing cards & gifts or single chess pieces, we ship globally via Royal Mail / post.
I have just ordered a product from the website, when will my order be delivered ?
Unless otherwise stated, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3 working days via DHL Express. Customers with a UK shipment address, can expect to receive your Purling product within 2 working days after it is dispatched.
Bespoke/Made to order items are typically 8-10 weeks - subject to requirement and will be quoted at point of enquiry/order.
How can I track my order ?
All chess, backgammon and checkers set orders are shipped via DHL Express. Customers will receive notification from DHL to the contact information provided (when completing order purchase) with a tracking reference number. Typically, International customers can expect orders to arrive 3-14 days from point of dispatch (with the exception of Bold & Bespoke items) subject to customs processing, within destination country.
