Zsóka Gaál is a Hungarian Women's International Chess Master and was appointed as Purling's first Chess Ambassador in May 2022.
Our luxury hardwood pieces are produced to a high standard and are hand-painted and finished in London, with each piece receiving two layers of base-coat primer, two coats of high-gloss paint and two layers of crystal-clear lacquer to produce a deep, glossy and durable finish.Each piece is completed with a beautiful Italian Napa leather base felt featuring the Purling logo embossed in 18 carat gold and each set features four Queens for effortless pawn promotion.The chess pieces are paired with an Italian alabaster stone board, measuring 44cm x 44cm.Presented in our luxury branded packaging, Zsóka Gaal Purling Bold chess makes a stunning statement and ideal gift.
